Established in 1960 on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas by Pietro Eustachio, his parents Salvatore and Rosalia, wife Grace,
and brothers Joe and Vince.
We began serving Dallas residents as a little family-owned and operated restaurant, and in 1972 we moved south to our current
location on Richmond Avenue.
Over half-a-century later we continue to remain a family-owned
authentic Italian restaurant.
Our food is made with love and care from fresh ingredients and our family recipes that have been handed down through the generations, and
by Chef Santo Spataro, who has contributed his own family dishes to our menu.
Our signature meat, tomato, and marinara sauces are available for purchase at the restaurant.
